Ephesians 5:21-33

Ice Breaker: Think of all the marriages you’ve ever seen portrayed on TV or in movies. Can you name any that were worth emulating?

1. Describe what Paul teaches in this passage as an essential foundation for relationships. (v.21) (also see vv.18-20)
2. How can a couple, or any group with great differences, find common ground for their relationship? (vv.22-24)
3. What can we identify as the fuel that powers the relationships we’re reading about in this passage? (vv.25-30)
4. Why should I be confident and willing to approach my marriage relationship this way? (vv.31-33)

5. Describe the results a in marriage relationship lived this way. What would you expect a marriage like this to look like?
